Yes…this is another blog about someone and their journey toward self-discovery, fitness, weight loss, and mental well-being. It is another blog which started, then stopped, twice. And, now it is starting again, for the last time. The start-and-stop blogging was mainly due to the frustrating level of insaneness that I experience while trying to connect to my blogs (gosh-darned-awfully-S.L.O.W. internet connection then). It did not help since I would let them go by the wayside and then promptly forget my goals and any hard work that I had done through the end point. (If you care, I had three…one at blogspot, one at SparkPeople, and one at Yahoo 360.)

If what you seek is the trials and tribulations of someone seeking a new way in this world to a healthier, fitter way of existence, then welcome and read on! If not, read some on anyway, perhaps you might enjoy it regardless.

With every new year comes “new year’s resolutions” and I am no different. I have several that I will share:

  1. To exercise regularly
  2. To perform 5 regular push-ups by May 20th
  3. To lose weight (I do have specific goals in mind!)
  4. To be better with my garden (I grow veggies, but I grow lots of weeds too) tending.
  5. To keep a nicer house (you know, housekeeping)
  6. To keep on track for everything (and keeping this blog up-to-date will certainly help me stay aware)
