I will be 36 years old. I sure feel old now. It makes me wonder, if I feel this old and decrepit now, what will happen at 70? 80? Assuming I even live until then. At the rate I am going, I surely will not.

For this reason, I need to make a change in myself and my heath in order to be around a very long time (and bug my kids!) and be able to actually live it.
