Lower Body
I did the TMT lower body routine today.
It was great. I love it. It was so hard, but so easy. Makes no sense, right? The moves were easy, but the way it was pieced together make it so intense that it was hard. Although, my right hamstring feels like I came really close to pulling it. The other thing is that I need work on my balance on my right side, mostly due to my foot/ankle injury.
I may not be able to walk tomorrow…
