Lower Body

I did the TMT lower body routine today.

It was great. I love it. It was so hard, but so easy. Makes no sense, right? The moves were easy, but the way it was pieced together make it so intense that it was hard. Although, my right hamstring feels like I came really close to pulling it. The other thing is that I need work on my balance on my right side, mostly due to my foot/ankle injury.

I may not be able to walk tomorrow…

Abs

Today I did the TMT Abs routine.

Um, all I can say is “WOW!” It was brutal.

I did every single exercise, but some of them I only did a couple of reps.

Biking

Ray, Phoebe and I biked almost 3 miles after dinner tonight.

Biking

We biked around Mackinac Island today. A bit over 8 miles if you include the biking around town too.

It was a very slow bike though as Phoebe was there and biked her little self all the way around as well!
