Inconsistency is Killing Me!

I am so inconsistent, it’s my downfall.

Today, I’m starting again.

Scratch that. I’ve started again. Moving forward. And downward. And toward a healthier existence.

I picked up my copy of Turbulence Training again. I’m starting the VERY beginning.

Today, I did the Introductory Workout A. That was two hours ago and I’m already stiffening up. But, I feel SO GOOD!!! It’s amazing how mental it is.

The introductory workout is two workouts a week for two weeks. You alternate between two body weight workouts, each followed by at cardio interval workout. My next workout is scheduled (based on TT) for Friday.
