W1D2 is done. I had a harder time with it today and needed my inhaler once in about the middle, but I finished.
Today, I did this in the early evening. I did day one mid-morning which may be a better time for me. Or, it could be from the horrendous sinus headache yesterday and this morning (along with the gunky drainage) that made today more difficult. I finished and that makes me feel great.
Started a Couch to 5K program. I don’t know how successful (or not) I will be, but I am going for it. It will depend on the cooperation of my foot more than anything else.
I have been going to Curves since mid-February. The first 2-3 weeks I went 2-3 times in the week. Since then I’ve been going 3-5 times per week (with the exception of the girls spring break when I only went once, but did do other things). Whatever your opinion of the place, I love it. It’s a decent workout, but it is giving me the social thing that I really need since moving here.
So, today, I completes the first workout. W1D1 is done!
Abs, really…
P90 Ab Ripper 100 this evening after a very long and very hilly (with steps too) walk. Did the full 10 of all but 2 (bicycle and full body).
Out here in temporary housing so I don’t have my scale or measurement devices, but my quads and hamstrings are getting a daily workout at our very hilly complex–not to mention the massive number of steps down then up to get to our apartment!
Today I did
- SBHT today most reps of most exercises
- 5 minutes on bike afterwards
I’m feeling still. I went really easy because I haven’t been working out at all for a while and I wish to be able to still walk in a day or two!
