Goals

These are my weight goals. Except for the first one, they are based on losing 10% of body weight at each interval. Whether or not I proceed all the way to #4 will depend largely on my health and fitness levels when I get beyond #3. I want to be healthy and fit. I do not want to be just skinny.

Goal 1: GET BELOW 200!
Goal 2: 10% loss: 190
Goal 3: 10% loss: 171
Goal 4: 10% loss: 153

My other goals are:

  1. To exercise regularly
  2. To perform 5 regular push-ups by Labor Day 2007
  3. To lose weight (I do have specific goals in mind! See the top of this page.)
  4. To be better with my garden (I grow veggies, but I grow lots of weeds too) tending.
  5. To keep a nicer house (you know, housekeeping)
  6. To keep on track for everything (and keeping this blog up-to-date will certainly help me stay aware)

Beyond the numbers, I want to feel better. Lessen (or eliminate) the headaches, the foot aches (& pain), and to be healthier in general. On the vanity side of things, I want smaller, cuter clothes. I want to feel less apprehensive about swimming or shorts or intimacy…
